It was just a good match for a relaxing holiday in Berlin with great value. The room I had was surprisingly spacious and quiet, keeping out all the noise from the busy street. Make sure to get a day pass for public transportation to explore the city easily.

absolutelty regrettable experience! The mattress was so soft, it felt like sleeping on a marshmallow, and I didn't even receive a courteous upgrade for my troubles! Additionally, I was left waiting far too long for a room that was uncleaned. How is a decent hotel like this one managing to neglect proper service? I just couldn’t believe it!

We stayed in one of the large family rooms with a fantastic view of the platz. It was perfectly located near multiple restaurants, and we had a great time exploring the neighborhood. The staff also helped us extend our stay, which was much appreciated.
